Every page of your website should have a unique, descriptive title tag matching the page content from the viewpoint of search engine optimization as well as for enhancing the user experience.
Your title tags are the links that are shown in search results when a search query related to specific keywords is entered by a searcher. If different title tags are used on every page, the range of keywords used would increase and your chances of better placement in search results would be enhanced for the different keywords.
Also, when search engine robots are browsing through your site, they use keyword rich title tags to store your data in the search engine index. Using the exact same title tags on every page of your website is not a good practice. Thus, it is advised that unique title tags be used on different pages.
